(Links Below) Second, print both documents, then complete the EBCC Job Application for Pastor, including, providing your signature on the last page of the application. Third, submit the completed EBCC Job Application for Pastor, along with your resume, cover letter, and other relevant applicant materials (i.e., sermon sample or philosophy of ministry), to the EBCC pastoral search committee at ebccpastorsearch26@gmail.com. The application and supporting applicant materials must be submitted only to the Gmail address: ebccpastorsearch26@gmail.com in order to be properly considered.
Selected candidates meeting requisite qualifications will be contacted in a timely manner for further participation in an interview process, which may include a theological discussion, leadership assessment, conflict resolution skills, an invitation to preach in-person during a worship service at EBCC, and other in-depth interaction with the EBCC pastoral search committee.
